Supreme Witch, Calamitas does not spawn on her own and requires the player to summon her with the Altar of the Accursed, which uses Ashes of Calamity or the Ceremonial Urn upon using said items at the Altar, the screen will darken, shake, and become tinted red before Supreme Witch, Calamitas herself appears above the Altar.
